A little bit about me...
Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm a hard working (coffee obsessed) wife & mum of two. I've always been creative. My mum used to say she could take me anywhere with a colouring book and crayons, and I'd be happy for hours. That creative spark only grew through school where I won a few art and graphics awards, and later when I studied photography at uni. But like many stories, life took me on a different path.
Thinking I couldn't pursue photography as a career back then, I moved into the beauty industry where I've worked ever since. I even studied Medical Science/Nutrition in between. When the workplace I'd been at for 10 years closed at the start of 2024, and now with two little ones in tow, I decided that it was time to do something for me. Wanting to soak up every moment with them and to show them that it's never too late to chase your dreams, I picked my camera back up and I haven't looked back since. Someone once told me, "No matter what you do, it has to be creative and flowing with the beauty of the world", and now it all makes sense. I've captured hundreds of families since, and I can truly say that I love what I do.
I know what it feels like to not be fully seen, and I've built my work around making sure other women never feel that way. I don't just take photos. I create safe, relaxed spaces where families feel cared for, where kids can be themselves, and where mums feel beautiful, even in their chaos. My mission is to capture proof of connection, joy, and presence in a way that feels effortless and meaningful.
My business is more than a business to me. It's filled with families who trust me fully, who keep coming back year after year, and who recommend me because their experience with me felt like spending time with a kind friend. It's a business that gives me the flexiblity to be present with my own kids while showing other mums the beauty in their everyday chaos.
Whether it's your baby bump, your newborn's tiny fingers, or an afternoon at the beach with your kids, I'm here to tell your story. Because every story deserves to be remembered. I'd be honoured to tell yours.
