Sarah was so kind and patient.
She made the afternoon feel so natural and we actually had fun. The shoot will be one of my favourite moments with my little family and now I have the most perfect photos to remember this gorgeous stage of my sweet girls and family! What types of sessions do you offer?
I specialise in capturing love and connection through family, maternity, newborn and couple sessions. Whether you're documenting the early days of parenthood or your growing family, I'm here to tell your story.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
I'm based in Townsville, North Queensland, and shoot at a range of beautiful outdoor locations or in the comfort of your home. Travel outside of Townsville may incur a small fee. Please reach out for more information!
When is the best time to book?
It's best to book as early as you can, particuarly if you have a specific date in mind & especially during busy seasons (like Christmas). For maternity sessions, I recommend booking around 28-34 weeks, and for newborns, ideally within the first 2 weeks after birth.
What should we wear?
Soft, neutral tones always photograph really beautifully. Don't be afraid to mix patterns & textures too. At the end of the day, it's most important that you are comfortable and happy with what you are wearing. So, if your little one really wants to wear the princess dress, then I always say let them. After all, these are the little moments that we want to remember in these short seasons of life. It's better to have a happy toddler in a dress that doesn't match than a beautifully coordinated outfit with tears I say!
What if my kids don't cooperate?
That's okay, I've got two of my own and I completely understand! Sessions are gently guided and child led. If the kids are happy, then so is everyone else. We'll keep it fun, relaxed, and full of connection so they feel comfortable to just be themselves.
When will we get our photos?
Your final gallery will be delivered via a private online gallery emailed to your inbox within 2 weeks of your session. You'll be able to download your images in high resolution and share with family and friends.
Are we able to purchase more photos?
With all galleries, you have the option to upgrade to your full gallery if you wish to purchase more images than what was included in your package. The fee to upgrade all galleries is $100.
