Earlier this week, I received a message from Laurie and Irene's granddaughter. She wasn't sure what to get her granddad for his 89th birthday and wanted to do something truly special. Together, we planned a little photo session just across the road from Laurie and Irene's nursing home. Nothing fancy, just the two of them, a quiet afternoon, and my camera to capture their love.
From the moment I arrived, Laurie had us all in stitches. He was laughing at his own jokes, telling stories, and cheekily declaring that the only reason everyone was in the nursing home was because "we're not all there!"
